Welcome to RoleRover. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

RoleRover operates an automated job application engine ("Auto-Apply Engine") that tailors resumes, generates AI cover letters, and applies to relevant remote jobs on behalf of the user.

AI Agent Communications: By using our service, you agree that RoleRover will automatically generate and utilize a dedicated email address to intercept OTP verification codes, submit job applications on your behalf, and manage recruiter communications. This is necessary to facilitate the fully automated application process, and it protects you in two ways:

• A clean inbox: at high volume, automated applications generate a constant stream of OTP codes and routine "thank you for applying" confirmations. These stay on your dedicated address instead of your personal inbox - we forward only what actually matters (interview invitations, rejections, and offers) to your personal email.
• Application discretion: this address is on a domain we operate that is not visibly branded as RoleRover (for example, mymailing.com or corporatemailer.com, not myrolerover.com). This means it reads to recruiters and employer systems as an ordinary personal email address rather than one associated with an automated application service, so your candidacy is evaluated on its own merits.

2. Job Applications & Timeline

Your purchase includes a set number of job applications (e.g., 150 applications).

Applications are processed within 1 to 30 days. This timeline is dynamic and directly depends on job market availability, active matching roles, and employer posting activity. We do not guarantee a fixed daily or weekly application rate. We prioritize quality matching over quantity to avoid spamming employers and to protect your candidate profile.

Our engine scans for matching roles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3. Credit Expiration

Once purchased, your application credits never expire. They remain in your account until they are fully consumed by successful submissions.

4. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and honesty of the resume, profile information, and credentials you provide.
• RoleRover is not responsible for any inaccuracies submitted to employers on your behalf based on the information you provided.
• You understand that job applications are submitted in your name and represent your candidacy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

RoleRover is a tool to automate the job application process. We do not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
