• Professional Data: Resume/CV, cover letters, employment history, education, skills, and job preferences.
• Technical & Location Data: IP address, browser type, and location details (used to determine correct currency/pricing displays).

2. How We Use Your Data

• To customize and tailor your resumes and cover letters using artificial intelligence.
• To automatically submit job applications on your behalf to third-party employer applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• To detect your geographic location for currency mapping (e.g., displaying Naira for Nigerian IPs and USD for others).
• To communicate with you regarding your account, updates, and support.

3. Data Sharing & AI Processing

AI Processing: We use secure, third-party AI models (such as OpenAI API) to tailor resumes and generate cover letters. Your resume data is processed securely and is not used to train public models.

Third-Party Services: We share application data with target employer portals when applying on your behalf.

Payment Processing: Payment details are handled securely by third-party processors (e.g., Bachs). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Data Retention & Expiry

Your account information, tailored resumes, and applications are retained to manage your active applications. Since your application credits never expire, we retain your profile data until you request account deletion.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / NDPA Compliant)

Depending on your location, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to Correction: Request correction of any inaccurate information.
• Right to Erasure: Request complete deletion of your account and personal data.
• Right to Portability: Export your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
